- Definition of the production layout;

- Development and optimisation of formulations, including the selection of raw materials and auxiliaries;

- Support in setting up and organising chemical laboratories: instrument selection, test methods, procedures and quality control;

Expertise in polyurethane systems
Development and optimisation of polyurethane systems to address specific fire performance requirements, depending on the application: for example BS 5852 — Crib 5, Italian class 1 IM according to UNI 9175, California TB 117-2013, FMVSS 302, ISO 3795 and EN 45545-2.
Consultancy for the development and fine-tuning of polyurethane systems to meet specific requirements concerning emissions and restricted substances, such as those set out by Blauer Engel, LGA-tested for contaminants, CertiPUR, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and IKEA technical specifications.
High-resilience (HR) flexible foams
- MDI- and TDI-based systems for moulding;
- Systems for discontinuous slabstock foam production.
Viscoelastic foams (memory foam)
